After the job is complete, you rate the offerer on whoocan.com. You can leave a one line comment about the job/service provided and select a star rating. This is to help build a picture of the service provider for future users.

They may also attach -PDF files, pictures and diagrams, to make it easier for you to price the job.

Once you have registered and specified the services you can provide whoocan will automatically send you an alert of every single relevant job in your area. You can ask the customer questions through whoocan mail on the job listing. If necessary you could even carry out a site visit before offering on the job.

you price

If you are interested in the job alert sent to you, you price the job. You can send anything from a simple price and date to a complex specification and quotation with attachments. Please note: By putting a price on whoocan you are offering to do the job. If your price is selected by the customer but you can not do the job you will receive a bad rating!!

All prices must be submitted before the job posting ends.

The asker then compares the prices received as well as the rating and comments of all the offers they have received and selects the best person to do the job. If you have won the job the askers and offerers contact details are exchanged automatically. Whoocan will notify you whether you have won or not.
